Summary:
The switching power supply designed in this paper will be used as the power supply for smart meters with a maximum power of 10 W. In order to reduce the number of PCBs and the size of the smart meter, it is required that the power supply size be as small as possible and the power supply part and the main control part of the meter be on the same PCB.
