Circuit principle:
When the power source SW1 is turned on, the LED does not emit light. When you press SW2, the LED will illuminate. When VR is adjusted, the brightness of the LED will change, indicating that the optocoupler is good. The printed circuit board diagram is as shown below. The battery uses the same 2032, 3V battery as the CMOS memory battery in the computer. The battery is mounted on the copper foil surface of the printed board, and the copper piece is buckled and soldered.
This printed board is suitable for TLP621, TLP521, TLP321, TLP124, TLP121, PC817, PC713, PC617, ON3111, ON3131, and TLP332, TLP532, TLP632, TLP634, TLP732, CNX82A, FX0012CE for general purpose pins. When the optocoupler is used, short-circuit the pins 1 and 2 of the S3 JUMPER. When using the 6-pin optocoupler, short-circuit the 2 and 3 pins of the S3 JUMPER.
