Since the logo key cannot be used, it needs a series of key combinations to complete it. The following are all knowledge points.

First Ctrl+Shift+Esc key combination to bring up the task manager, find the desktop window manager, end it. During this time, a warning message pops up. Check "Discard unsaved data and close".

Then in the upper left corner of the task manager, select "File - Run New Task" and type dwm on the line.

Finally, just open Powershell and enter
