The project was led by Soft Control Co., Ltd., and was jointly completed by Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Harbin Institute of Technology and North China University of Technology. It invested a total of RMB 44.48 million in research funds and received special funds to support RMB 9.48 million. The project lasted three years and successfully developed four kinds of robot systems, including molding robots, embryo transfer robots, tire embryo sorting robots, and embryo embryos and gantry handling robots. It has been demonstrated and promoted by many large-scale tire companies such as Saiyu Jinyu Group. The application effectively solves the labor-intensive and labor-intensive problems in the tire manufacturing industry's special manufacturing environment. It has increased the level of smart manufacturing in the tire manufacturing industry and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
Up to now, the project has directly obtained 160 million yuan of economic benefits through the transformation of achievements or technology transfer, and realized profits and taxes of 33 million yuan.
