On June 25th, the Chinese standard EMU with full independent intellectual property rights and advanced world standards was led by the China National Railway Corporation and was named “Fuxing No.â€. As a result, "Harmony" has become history, and "Fuxing" will become an important component of China's future high-speed rail.
The first batch of Chinese standard EMUs named "Fuxing" includes two types of "CR400AF" and "CR400BF". The former is the "Blue Dolphin" produced by the Quartet, and the latter is the "Golden Phoenix" produced by the Long Passengers.
According to CCTV news, on June 26th, “Fuxing†first took the lead in Beijing and Shanghai at both ends of the Beijing South Railway Station and Shanghai Hongqiao station, and served as G123 and G124 high-speed trains respectively. From now on, passengers can board the "Fuxing" through ticket purchase and experience the EMU standard with Chinese characteristics.
It is understood that the “Fuxing†test can reach speeds of 400 kilometers per hour and the design life is 10 years longer than the “Harmonyâ€. The facilities in the car are more complete and the seating space is more spacious.
In the past, the shortest time it took for Beijing to go to Shanghai was 4 hours and 49 minutes (approximately 1,214 kilometers), and the 400 kilometers per hour "Fuxing" only took 3 hours.
