Surprisingly, over 500 key dimension measurements took only 13 seconds and the efficiency was more than 2000 times that of manual detection!

On-line reed plants are another sight, where the machines are good at "threading."

The whole “threading needle” process is completed in seconds and has a high degree of consistency.

Look at the "shadowless hands" - high-speed cam machines that are currently performing high-speed cutting and plugging operations. In the past, when workers assembled connectors, they needed to cut the parts from the tape, cleaned the burrs, and inserted them in the connector. The most skilled workers also need at least 30 seconds to complete the set of actions. Today, as long as the cam machine is turned on, there are more than 50 parts per minute to complete the insertion, and the failure rate is almost zero.

In the past two years, AVIC has invested over RMB 100 million in the R&D, replication and upgrading of non-standard automation equipment. It is expected that during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period, the company will also invest 1,000 new equipment (sets), and strive to reach the end of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period, and the average monthly automatic chemical industry can reach 280,000 hours, which is equivalent to the production capacity of 1,500 front-line workers, creating a new type of industrialization.
