The Taiwan Optoelectronics Technology Industry Association (PIDA) said that it has represented Taiwan's optoelectronic industry and the world's six major optoelectronic organizations and signed a memorandum of cooperation, which will jointly promote the industry-university cooperation and exchange of lighting projects.
Signed representatives are Japan Lighting Communication Association (DLEDA), Korea KLEDA Association and Malaysia's TEEAM, India's LEDMA and Europe's EPIC and Taiwan's PIDA.
The Japan Lighting Communication Association said it will work to build the industrial structure of the LED market. The Korea KLEDA Association stated that it will use the MOU as an opportunity to promote the world's LED standardization. PIDA said that the contract with the six countries of the world will promote the industry-university cooperation in international lighting projects.
