The stepping motor of the wire cutting machine is mostly a five-phase ten-shot or a three-phase six-shot system, that is, sequentially sucking in a specific phase sequence to achieve the stepping purpose. A lack of phase or phase sequence error can cause the motor to step out or step in place. The biggest difference between the two is that the lack of phase will cause the entire motor to have no working phase and lose the phase-locking force when the phase is engaged, that is, the hand can rotate the motor. And the phase sequence error will lead to two or one or enter {BANNED} two, stepping in place. Machine tools that have been working properly will not go wrong in the middle of the sequence. The usual problem is lack of phase. Related to the lack of phase are:
1. The feed signal sent by the single board machine,
2, the 24V power supply provided by the drive,
3. The power output of the motor driven tube,
4. The current limiting of the power consumption resistor and the protection of the bypass two-plate tube
5. The cable and plug transmit the drive current to the motor.
6, the windings and leads of the motor. The lack of phase will not leave the six reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to observe the post-hands first, and the working state of the power-driven triode will be clearly displayed on the LED. When the driving transistor is intact and the display is still in the phase loss state, the plugs at both ends of the online cable are searched in turn, and the carrying capacity of the 24V power supply and the power consumption resistance are turned on and off. The whole process is not blindly disassembled and soldered. In two cases, you need to contact the sales manufacturer before repairing:
1. It is true that the feed signal sent by the board is out of phase.
2, the internal break of the stepper motor, if it is the failure of the drive triode, there should be two situations. First, the LED is not bright, it should be suspected that the drive tube has been opened, and second, the LED is not extinguished, it should be suspected that the drive transistor has been short-circuited. When replacing the drive tube, be careful to ensure a large area of ​​stable contact between the tube and the heat sink. Apply heat transfer grease to the surface to prevent the temperature of the tube from being effectively dissipated and burned again.
