Repair methods such as breakdown points, holes, and pits

Use a knife to trim the defect and cut it into a 45° angled plastic block of the same size. Place it on the repairing area, fix it with a pliers or a screwdriver, then weld it continuously with a hot airspeed welding torch, and compact it with a copper sheet. Tight, flattened. When welding plastic, pay attention to the hot air temperature of the welding torch should not be too high, so as not to repair the plastic scorch. After the repair, the defect is tested by the spark machine and is not qualified for breakdown.

Use a knife to cut the shape of the plastic layer into a slope of 45° angle, and remove the plastic block or strip of the same shape, color and thickness. After fixing with a pliers or a screwdriver, connect it with a hot air welding torch and then compact it with a copper sheet. , compression, flattening, and finally through the spark machine test, no breakdown is qualified.

The plastic defect is flattened with a knife, and the concave portion is filled with the same plastic strip under the action of the hot air plastic welding gun, and then the copper sheet is flattened, pressed, compacted at the defect repairing place, and tested by the spark machine without breakdown. Fourth, the repair method of the large joint

1) Repair of general large joints: Cut the two sides of the broken rubber with a knife on the plastic layer and cut it into a slope shape at an angle of 45°. The cleaning is clean, the color and thickness are consistent, and the length and outer diameter are consistent with the broken glue. The plastic pipe is cut on the side of the pipe along the axis to form an opening at a 45° angle to each other, and is tightly wound with a thin copper wire, and then the same plastic strip is welded under the welding of the hot air plastic welding gun. After welding, it is compacted, pressed and flattened with copper. It is not qualified to pass through the spark machine test.

2) Repair of large joints in the production process: During the production process, due to other reasons, the vehicle is temporarily stopped, the sheath is disconnected, and the joint can be continuously connected. The method is: cutting the plastic sheath into a circumferential slope shape at an angle of 45°, retreating to the machine head, extending into the core nozzle 30 mm long, and then running the glue, after the rubber runs well, the crew cooperate with each other, driving When you connect the plastic layer by hand, then plastic repair.

3) The quality defect occurs on the length of the cable sheath from the end of one end, while the other sheath is good in most of the sheath, the length of the cable is fixed, and the repair method of the large joint in the production process can also be used. Just after removing the sheath with the quality defect, select the larger mold on the extruder, squeeze the jacket at the end by the process, and gradually increase the traction speed at the joint to make the sheath at the interface gradually.
