Rotary fan guide

First: About the installation of the fan:

1. The rotary fan should be installed horizontally, and care should be taken to avoid collision and impact during the installation process.

2. Please connect the distribution line correctly and pay attention to the direction of rotation of the motor and the direction of rotation of the rotary fan. It is forbidden to reverse the fan. If using a single motor, please measure whether the voltage is stable. If the voltage is unstable, please configure the regulator to ensure the voltage is stable.

3. Be careful not to knock the check valve down when taking over, please install it in the direction of the arrow on the check valve.

Second: About the fan test run:

1. Inject the oil from the fan into the fan tank and check if the oil in the tank reaches the scale (the scale is on the oil scale).

2. After the fan is installed for the first time or after the fan has been used for a period of time, please remove the air inlet filter before starting the fan again. Pour 30ml of oil into the main unit and turn the fan to add oil to the wheel to make the oil. The fan is activated evenly after it is distributed inside the fan.

3. When the fan is started, observe whether the pressure gauge has a pressure indication to ensure that the fan is started with pressure.

4. Observe that the drip nozzle has oil dripping, and adjust the bolt above the drip nozzle so that the lubricating oil is controlled at 15-50 drops per minute. Also observe whether the organic oil flows in the transparent drip cup.

5. Check whether the motor and fan are operating normally, whether the temperature is normal, and whether there is abnormal sound.

Third: About the daily maintenance of the fan:

1. Inspection of the lubrication system

A. Always check if the oil in the tank is below the minimum line. If the oil is insufficient, please refuel. (Oil brand is ISO standard L-HM-68 or L-HM-100 anti-wear hydraulic oil)

B. Daily check whether the hydraulic oil is mixed with moisture and other contaminants. If it deteriorates, please change the hydraulic oil in time.

C. Daily check the dripping condition of the dripper (15-50 drops/min) is normal, and observe whether there is lubricating oil flowing in the transparent return pipe. If the dripper is dirty, remove the adjusting screw to clean.

2. Air filter inspection

Daily check that the air filter is dirty. If it is dirty, remove the air filter, unscrew the wing nut, remove the cover, and clean the filter sponge. (Be careful not to drop dirt into the fan main unit when unloading the filter)

3. V-belt inspection

After the fan has been running for a while, the V-belt will stretch. At this time, loosen the fixing bolt of the motor, move the motor, tighten the V-belt to the proper position, and then tighten the motor fixing bolt, and note that the end faces of the motor pulley and the fan pulley are on the same plane. Also check if the top screws of the two pulleys are loose. If it is loose, please hold it tight.

4. Always check the flexibility of the safety valve. If it is not flexible, please clean and debug to ensure reliable opening and closing.

5. Check the oil leaks and leaks on a daily basis and repair them. If they cannot be repaired, please inform the manufacturer immediately.

6. Clean the fan room daily, keep it clean and well ventilated.

7. Always check the operation status of the fan and motor. If noise and temperature are abnormal, stop it for maintenance.
