Regular service points are authorized

Yesterday, the person in charge of the China Household Electrical Appliance Service and Maintenance Association introduced that the city’s first home appliance repair network and employee information database has been established. The first batch of nearly 60 maintenance outlets in Beijing will meet consumers in mid-July, and these outlets have all received numerous Authorized by well-known electronic and electric appliance brand companies, consumers are in urgent need of repairing their home appliances and can directly log in to the website of the China Household Appliances Service and Maintenance Association to inquire. Home maintenance wear uniform certificate

At the same time, the first batch of 411 home appliance repair personnel from Siemens, Saiwei, Panasonic, Meiling and other home appliance companies have begun to wear uniform industry-standard documents for consumers since July. According to the association, before the end of November, all authorized maintenance personnel will be licensed to work, and consumers can log on to the website to check the authenticity of the documents.

Consumers often use 114 search stations and Baidu search to find home appliance repair outlets. For this, Beijing Unicom stated that the appliance repairers accessing 114 check-ups re-reviewed the inventory, and 172 home appliance repair businesses all met the requirements. Baidu has cleaned up nearly 1,500 false appliance repair sites and rejected 214 requests for promotion of failed appliance appliance repairs.
