高压隔离开关的装备和运行现状

     至2004年底，国家电网公司系统运行的72.5～550kV隔离开关为157858台，其中550kV 3235台。363kV 1276台，252kV 40191台，126kV 96146台，72.5kV 17010台。
目前系统中运行的126kV和252kV电压等级隔离开关数量最多。国产隔离开关的型号主要有GW4、GW5、GW6、GW7、GWl0、GW11、GW16和GW17等产品。
进口及合资隔离开关的型号主要有杭州西门子的PR、KR、CR、DR型，Areva(收购Alstom)的SPO/SPOL、SPV/SPVL、S3CD、S2DA型，法国EG1C(原MG)的SSP、SP、OH、SRT型等。
目前已经在国家电网公司集中招标中投标的国产高压隔离开关制造厂有西开、平高、沈高、长高、泰开、如高。根据高压开关行业2005年年鉴统计，2004年全国共生产72.5～550kV隔离开关28640组，其中以上六个制造厂生产了22380组，占总产量的78.1％。其中550kV和363kV占100％，252kV占90.3％，126kV占75.1％，72.5kV占57.5％。以上六个制造厂在2005年投标中均为完善化产品。
国家电网公司集中规模招标中，252～550kV隔离开关按柱分有单柱式、双柱式和三柱式，按结构分有单柱单臂伸缩式、单柱双臂垂直伸缩式、双柱水平伸缩式、双柱水平中间开启式、三柱双断口水平开启式等五种结构型式。
        根据中国电力科学研究院高压开关研究所的调研，2004年以前投运的隔离开关运行情况不良，问题较多，故障主要集中在瓷瓶断裂、操作失灵、导电回路过热及锈蚀等四个方面。2004年新投运的完善化隔离开关运行情况良好，但也有一些尚没改进的问题。进口及合资隔离开关无论是制造质量还是运行可靠性都比国产设备高。
