Cable Tester

First, the instrument function

The cable tester mainly provides test methods for cable testing and has the following functions:
(1) Conduct a continuity test on the cable;
(2) Conduct insulation test on the cable;
(3) Automatically generate cable test records and store them;
(4) to communicate with the host computer, upload test records, download and maintain the wiring table;
(5) Long-distance testing of cables through the network;
(6) Perfect self-checking ability.

Second, software function

The functions of the test software mainly include: human-computer interaction, implementation of test methods, control of test procedures, acquisition of test data, and test conclusions.

Human-computer interaction: including user login, test information entry, "start test" instruction input, error prompt and abnormal condition alarm, report template input and "print report" instruction;

? Implementation of test methods: According to test information and corresponding algorithms, control the digital multimeter, safety tester, routing chassis conduct conduction test, insulation resistance test and electrical strength test, and record test data.

? Control test process: the test process needs to control the order of execution of the test items, the power-on sequence of the instrument, etc., as well as the real-time transfer of data generated during the test process;

Data analysis: After the execution of the test item, the acquired raw data is stored in the database. The test software gives the final test conclusion after calculation and comparison according to pre-given criteria and analysis methods.
