Hearing the work report on promoting the reform of the shareholding system of state-owned banks and deepening the reform of the financial system
The Standing Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress recently passed the 2006 Law Enforcement Inspection Plan of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. The specific law enforcement inspection arrangements are: tracking and reviewing the implementation of the recommendations of the Rural Land Contract Law, Land Management Law, Agricultural Law Enforcement Inspection Report and Financial Support Agriculture and Agricultural Policy Research Report since the 10th National People's Congress; Checking the implementation of the Energy Conservation Law Tracking and inspecting the implementation of the recommendations of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution by the 10th National People's Congress and the Law Enforcement Inspection Report on the Prevention of Water Pollution; checking the implementation of the Patent Law; examining the implementation of the Judges Law and the Prosecutor's Law; Implementation of the Law on Autonomy; inspection of the implementation of the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Returned Overseas Chinese.

There are 11 special work reports: listening to and reviewing the State Council's report on agricultural and rural work, and reporting on strengthening independent innovation capabilities and strengthening intellectual property protection. Work report on popularizing compulsory education and implementing quality education, report on current water environment situation and water pollution prevention and control work, work report on rational use, protection and management of mineral resources, promotion of shareholding system reform of state-owned commercial banks, deepening financial system reform Work report and report on the 2005 central budget, report on the audit of the 2005 central budget implementation and other fiscal revenues and expenditures, report on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan since this year; listen to and review the Supreme People's Court, Work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on regulating law enforcement.
