ZBQ15 / 12 pneumatic grouting pump operation rules
1. Ensure that the air source does not have excessive moisture and dirt, and that the air source has a lubrication system.
2. The air source pipe should be connected to the ventilation pipe to blow off the debris, and then be reliably connected to the grouting pump.
3. First slowly open the stirring motor into the balloon valve, and gradually increase to a suitable stirring speed, so that the slurry is mixed evenly, without clumps, but thick. Pay attention to clean the corners of the barrel and the solidified material on the edge in time to avoid falling into the stirred slurry.
4. After the slurry is well mixed, immerse the inlet of the grouting pump in clean water, and slowly open the balloon valve to ensure that the pipeline of the grouting pump is smooth and there is no leakage at the seal.
5. Immerse the slurry inlet of the grouting pump in the slurry, slowly open the balloon valve, and gradually increase to the proper grouting speed.
6. After the grouting pump stops working, it should be immediately immersed in clean water to rinse, and slowly open the balloon valve until the water discharged from the pulp discharge tube is clear and free of slurry.
7. After cutting off the air source and the slurry discharge pipe, periodically remove the U-shaped card on the grouting cylinder, draw out the grouting cylinder, completely remove the residual grouting material on the piston body, and clean it with water repeatedly.
8. After cleaning, apply grease to the metal surface of the grouting cylinder and reconnect with the pump body.
9. Do not make the grouting pump run at high speed without load or light load, so as not to damage the moving parts.
10. The air source pressure must not exceed 0.8 MPa.
11. At the construction site, the grouting pump should be placed with the slurry inlet facing down to avoid debris from entering the air inlet pipe joint and the exhaust hood.

1. The pump is powered by compressed air. When used, the working air pressure should not exceed 0.63Mpa; the intake valve should be reliably closed during shutdown to prevent the pneumatic mechanism from automatically opening and causing casualties.
2. The pump is not equipped with a high-pressure hose when it leaves the factory, and the user should prepare it when using it.
Special attention: The compressed air hose connected to this machine should meet the requirements of the coal industry standards, and the connection to this machine should be firm and reliable, to prevent sudden loss of joints or sudden burst of the hose to cause casualties.
3. The high-pressure pump is a high-noise equipment. It should pay attention to the harm of noise to people, and try to choose products with relatively low noise.
4. When the pump is working, pay attention to observe the condition of the top plate to prevent the top plate from suddenly falling or crushing stones to hurt the operator.
5. The cylinder piston of this pump is made of light alloy (FHZL503A), and the material safety performance should meet the requirements of the coal industry standards, and there should be a qualified inspection certificate from the legal inspection agency. It is not allowed to replace or use the matching parts of other companies at will.
6. When operating this pump, slowly open and adjust the pneumatic valve. It is strictly forbidden to start the grouting pump suddenly and suddenly to avoid accidents.
7. The cleaning medium used to clean the pump underground must not use gasoline or kerosene or other flammable and toxic cleaning materials to avoid fire accidents.
