In order to accelerate the in-depth development of Rizhao's urban construction, in May 2011, it was entrusted by Rizhao City Planning Bureau, and the Urban Lighting Planning and Design Institute of Beijing University of Technology and Beijing Saigao Urban Environment Lighting Planning and Design Company undertook the overall planning of Rizhao City Lighting and The task of detailed planning in some areas, the biggest feature of this plan is to infiltrate the regional culture of sunshine into every level of urban lighting planning. At the same time, through this nightscape planning, the city card of Rizhao is more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The role of the city.
2 Night landscape imagery and regional culture city is a “solidified history bookâ€. In the process of historical development of any country or region, due to geographical and environmental differences, and the contingency of special events, cultural differences and similarities will inevitably occur. For this reason, it has created and formed a regional culture. Due to the differences in regional culture, it has formed a cultural particularity, and it has the exclusiveness of individuality and cultural resources. It is precisely because of this particularity that culture is made. It is irreplaceable and has the qualities of life. As the urbanization process continues to deepen, the differences in landscape carriers between cities are getting smaller and smaller, and only cultural differences are eternal.
Therefore, the regional culture is based on the region, with history as the main line, with the scenery as the carrier, the reality as the appearance, and the humanistic spirit that plays a role in the social process. She is the unique invisible asset and spiritual wealth of the city. Therefore, it is appropriate to adapt to local conditions. The localization of the regional culture through light can highlight the unique charm of the city and even become an indispensable image code for people to identify a city. Urban landscape lighting planning and design should be placed on such a large background to think about, in the unique way of urban material lighting "materialization", the ideology, thoughts and emotions, the spirit of the times, values, human history, social people
Vulgar infiltrates into the whole process of urban landscape lighting construction, and uses the appearance of the results to display these implied meanings. It should not only shape the "image" of the night scene, but also show a profound cultural meaning.
3 Urban lighting master plan and expression of city image
3. 1 Urban lighting partition positioning
On the basis of fully researching and respecting the functional divisions and functional orientations of the Rizhao City Master Plan, combined with the status of the landscape resource carriers in each district of Rizhao City, this plan determines the zoning positioning of each landscape lighting area shown in Figure 1, thus determining The style characteristics of the night landscape performance of each relevant area, according to the determined illumination partition positioning, embodies the characteristic resources and regional characteristics of Rizhao City. Its essence is the reorganization of urban texture and the organic organization of urban space. As a result, not only the night lighting level of Rizhao City has been further strengthened, but also the identification and recognizability of night landscapes in various regions has been improved, laying a foundation for the formation of urban night vision images.
3. 2 Urban Lighting Framework System
In order to form the night vision image of urban lighting planning unique to sunshine, it is necessary to scientifically sort out the urban lighting framework. According to the topographical characteristics of the urban area of ​​Rizhao City, the status quo of the area, the nature of land use and other factors, some key roads, water systems, nodes and regions are analyzed and extracted to form the urban lighting framework system, thus forming the “three districts and five rivers†as shown in Figure 2. It is an important landscape carrier that reflects the characteristics of Rizhao Seashore. It enhances the sunshine night landscape and highlights the seaside city night. “Three horizontal and four vertical†is an important regional connection line of the city. It is a nighttime display of the urban context. It consists of three vertical and four horizontal roads, including Shandong Road, Haiqu West Road - Tai'an Road, Qingdao Road, Yantai Road and Beijing Road. The main frame road.

3. 3 Expression of lighting imagery
Rizhao City Urban Lighting Master Plan repeatedly analyzes urban structure and urban texture elements, and deeply explores regional culture. Through rational judgment and creative association, it repeatedly refines the spatial structure of urban lighting, and organizes the disorderly scattered lighting elements. Finally, the vivid and vivid night landscape image of Rizhao City shown in Figure 3 was formed.
According to the nature of urban land, the level of roads, the status quo of the area and other factors, the lighting frame system is like a sunbird symbolizing the sun. It is fearlessly flying in the sky above the sun. The core area of ​​the new city's landscape lighting constitutes the heart of the sunbird. The core area of ​​the landscape lighting of the old city constitutes the tail of the sunbird, and the east and west form the trunk of the sunbird body. The humanistic technology image area in the north of the new city and the coastal landscape image area in the south of the new city form the wings of the sunbird, Wanpingkou Olympics. The water sports park forms the head of the sunbird. The planning of the entire lighting frame system highlights the city spirit that symbolizes the sun shining the sunbird facing the sea and flying in the direction of the rising sun. The sunbird is derived from the sun culture, and the sun culture that represents the essence of Rizhao's regional culture has been perfectly expressed at the general level.
4 Urban lighting detailed planning and expression of urban imagery
Rizhao City's urban lighting detailed planning is a detailed description of some sections of the urban lighting master planning framework system. Its planning and guiding ideology should be consistent with the city's dominant regional culture and urban lighting master plan to reflect the layered penetration of regional cultural connotations. The following is a detailed description of the conceptual design of the lighting of the Rizhao City Cultural Center in the detailed planning.
4. 1 carrier overview and night vision image selection
Rizhao City Cultural Center is located in the geographical center of Rizhao City, the junction of the new old city, the western end of the new urban central axis, echoes with the Eastern Olympic Park, is a comprehensive project of Rizhao City's comprehensive cultural architecture, and is also the control details of Rizhao Xincheng District. The key projects to be constructed in the planning, through the organization of urban public space and landmark landscape, reflect the natural environment characteristics and the image of coastal modernization in the environment and construction.
The Rizhao Cultural Center is a complex of buildings centered around the Grand Theatre, surrounded by art galleries, science museums, museums, news buildings, libraries and some commercial buildings (see Figure 4). The Cultural Center is designed with the theme of “Hai Na Bai Chuan, Rising Sun Firstâ€. The Central Theatre is based on the concept of sun culture. The architectural design is based on marine culture. The landscape design is based on the image of the new moon. The design of the square is illuminated by light. The planning and design of the entire cultural center inherits the pioneering and innovative of the sun culture, while continuing the generous tolerance of the marine culture.
4. 2 Expression of lighting image
In the concept design of the night lighting of the cultural center building group, the original marine culture will continue to be dig deeper, and the sailing culture with more sunshine characteristics will be extracted, which will enrich the cultural connotation and make the design more full. The original solar culture will continue to be dig deeper. On the basis of expressing the image of the sun, it reflects the characteristics of Rizhao City's “first sunrise of sunrise†and is also the inheritance and continuation of the image of “Sunbird†in the overall planning of urban lighting. Therefore, the lighting design concept of “Sunrise first, sailing and sailing†was proposed, which closely follows Rizhao’s unique “Sun Culture†and “Marine Cultureâ€.
Through comprehensive analysis, the Central Theatre is the visual center of the cultural center. It is designed to fit the construction goals of Rizhao City. Through the red light transmission of the roof glass sphere and the strip skylight, the figure shown in Figure 5 is shown. Sun intent. At the same time, a number of yellow narrow beam projectors are mounted on the roof to shoot around, indicating the sun's rays. The light brown metal frame on the façade is illuminated by yellow projection light to show the sun shining on the earth. The façades of the public buildings on both sides are illuminated by internal light and yellow floodlights, which echoes the central theater in terms of light color and reflects the scene of Rizhao Golden Beach. The wavy decorative frame of the roof is designed to reflect the ocean's intentions and is enhanced by blue projection lighting. At the same time, the floodlights are transformed in a certain order to present a dynamic lighting effect, reflecting the flow of the sea. At this point, the "sunrise first" scene in the design concept has already appeared before us. The facades of the buildings around the theater are illuminated with yellow floodlights, symbolizing the “Golden Beach†in the sunshine culture of the Sunshine, and at the same time echoing the color of the Central Theatre, reflecting the sun shining.
The two high-rise buildings of the News Building are the highest point of the entire building complex, relying on materials to be divided into two parts. The lighting design is based on the installation of a linear white LED on the surface of the building entity, reflecting the intention of the mast (see Figure 6). In the high-rise glass curtain wall section, the intention of the sail is made with yellow and white LED lights by a combination of points and lines. Cooperating with the waves of the blue waves below the high-rise, it is like two sailboats raising the sails, bravely fighting in the waves, and riding the wind.
The night landscape design of the entrance plaza is also consistent with the overall theme (see Figure 7). The shape and shape of the sails are outlined by white LEDs on the edge and bottom of the pool, which echoes the image of the sails of the News Building. At this point, the entire cultural center presents a beautiful picture of the sun and the sails, closely linked to the regional culture and planning leading ideas.
5 Conclusion
Urban landscape lighting is a special urban space art. Obviously, urban landscape lighting is not enough to highlight the structure of the city through spatial organization, and it is not enough to reflect the urban pattern, because these only express the “shape†of the city, except for the space of the city. In addition to layout and functional division, one of the more important aspects is to highlight the “god†of the city, that is, the regional culture and the expressed image of the urban night landscape. The purpose is to optimize the urban nighttime spatial structure and form a “shapeâ€. The nightscape effect of God is combined to reflect the connotation and characteristics of the city.
