Disadvantage 1: The button sound is too loud!

The key sound may actually not be too much attention in the fierce game, but it is because of the sound that it always feels that the trigger is not fast enough to form a psychological obstacle. Or at night, it may disturb the roommate’s study break. Therefore, the key sound is the biggest drawback of the Fuller G90.

So I set out to start the transformation. The so-called failure is the mother of success. After some detours, I finally found a solution that was fairly OK.

1. First apply some lubricating grease on each contact of magneto-optic micro-movement. (Reducing the sound does not help much, but the reduction of the button strength has played a minor role)

2, attached to the layer of double-sided adhesive on the spring lever (played around a rubber, to reduce its vibration, but the effect is not obvious, PASS out)

3. Finally, a combination of a child bumper strip and double-sided tape was used to place a “small device” for reducing vibration on the spring lever and the side of the ABS plastic wall. Take a look at the picture below, successfully knocking the key click of the magneto-optic fretting to the level of ordinary mouse fretting. (It must be tried many times here, it must not be a great resistance to the spring lever, but it cannot touch the lever, so it is better to touch it slightly)

Disadvantage 2: The intensity of the keys is emphasized.

In fact, the traditional micro-motion is also the size of the button strength, but this Fuller G90 magnetic micro-motion use, still feel a bit biased, I may use Omron's 10M, 20M fretting used to. Still want to do a tuning of their button strength. The problem was solved by applying some lubricating grease on each contact of magneto-optic micro-motion.
